Music from a lost age (Cambodia)

It is fun exploring dilapidated buildings and discovering hidden venues with sharp kids and music from a lost age - the 1960s and 1970s Cambodian rock genre. Ros Sereysothea was one of the stars of that era. Listen to her song It says, "This year I am 16. There is no worry. Life is like a free flower." Sadly, many of the singers from that time disappeared or died during the Khmer Rouge regime. While, it's nice that people still remember them today. I recommend the documentary โ€œDon't Think I've Forgotten: Cambodia's Lost Rock and Rollโ€ to learn more about this era of music.
