Inventing the kimchi dosaBack in 2006, one morning, while attending a conference in Seoul, I invented kimchi sandwich for breakfast - it was fun. I kept thinking that the fermented tang of kimchi might taste better with dosa. Dosa is also made from a fermented mix after all.
It is said that Koreans make the biggest expatriate community in India. But what’s the point if we still have not combined the greatest food from the two countries. As someone who was born in India but has Korean stomach, I decided to myself undertake this responsibility. Presenting the kimchi dosa, invented in Tokyo.
Here is the humble dosa, a staple South Indian food. And Cabbage Kimchi from our Korea. We got the dosa mix from a Nepalese shop in Meguro and Kimchi from Shin Okubo.
